Hi and thank you for your question! Please note that we always prefer pictures taken with neutral expression in order to be able to make an accurate assessment and with so many muscles being engaged while laughing, it will be very difficult to assess your face. Likewise If your goal is to diminish the lines and folds that show when laughing, it is often very difficult if not impossible since attempting to treat the lines that appear during facial expression can lead to unsatisfactory results when face has neutral expression. This being said and depending on the nature of the lines (whether they are dynamic or static), we can greatly help to reduce them using Botox and fillers. I hope it helps and good luck!
