- In person: Purchase at our office at 18 Endeavor, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92618 on Friday, September 11, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or Saturday, September 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, CareCredit, office credit, or cash.
Please note that in-person consultations will not be available during the event.
