47yo female at 26% body fat. Can you tell me what body contouring treatment you would recommend for me?
A patient Staff asked 9 years ago My abs are covered with a layer of fat and cellulite which developed last year when diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Before at 20% body fat my abs were covered with a little fat and some loose skin which hung down when I bent over and bothered me. I had a thermage consult and was told the skin would tighten with exercise. Now I am steadily losing fat/gaining muscle with a strict diet/exercise program, but suspect the loose skin will return.
