Bellafill is an excellent filler at the right place, but I never recommend it for under the eyes and my fillers of choice for this area include Restylane Silk, Volbella and Belotero, injecting using micro-cannula. As it seems that you have tried most options for removal of lumps following Bellafill injection in tear troughs, at this time continuing with careful injection of steroids (alongside with hyaluronic acid filler injection to conceal) might still be your best bet, and it would advisable to document the progress objectively by taking series of picture. Other than these, your next option might be surgical removal which comes with problems of its own, and I think you should try to get as much as you can from the less-invasive treatments.
