Best treatment for wrinkly stretch marks on tummy?
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago I don’t wish to have a tummy tuck, what is the next best thing to fade and improve the texture on the stomach from stretch marks? None are red, just silver and wrinkly.

Hi and thank you for your question! Stretch marks can be challenging to completely remove, but some treatments may offer significant improvements. There is really no single best treatment, but among my patients I tend to see good results with fractional CO2 laser treatments. In cases that have red/dark stretch marks, I recommend a prep with brightening cream but if your marks are white that might not be needed and you can do the laser right away. For best results a series of 2-3 laser treatments are recommended. I hope it helps and good luck!
