Do I need more filler in my lips to correct the unevenness?
A patient Staff asked 6 years ago I’ve been getting lip injections for a couple years, my top lip NEVER stays, my bottom lip, however, I haven’t had touched in a year. Last month the doctor injected my lips with Juvaderm Ultra Plus. The left side of lip is not even- see image. Should I get more filler to correct or wait longer? It’s been a little over a month and the lips are still pretty firm/hard so I worry more filler will make the situation worse hence why I’m asking the question.

Hi and thank you for your question! First, some unevenness is quite normal and all faces naturally have some asymmetry, so looking for perfect symmetry is often not practical. This being said, the asymmetry in your lips appear to be very mild based on the picture and might not really justify more work. If it is something that bothers you, you can try some minor revisions and adjustments with enzyme injection, or let it wear down as all hyaluronic acid filler eventually do.
