Getting married, advice for a round face?
A patient Staff asked 4 years ago Hey there, Would love some advice on a more youthful appearance thinking of getting a liquid facelift to look more refreshed. Any advice on how to improve with fillers? Should I restart my chin to make it look less round? I’m Getting married so would love general advice

Hi and thank you for your question! There are many things that can be done to help achieve your goal and the best approach is to work closely with an experienced cosmetic doctor. Based on your pictures and as some general advice, we can focus on creating a more V-shaped face, by adding some volume in the cheeks and temple areas, possibly adding some fillers in the chin (if in side view you have a relatively weak chin) as well as sculpting the jaw line a bit. Fillers in the cheeks can also generate some lift to reduce laugh lines (and we can treat them directly with fillers as well). Also if physical exam supports it, we might also do some jaw slimming with Botox injection into the masseter muscles. You might also try some Botox for glabellar area to reduce frown lines.
