How to improve lower portion of face to fix volume loss and achieve a more heart shaped look?
A patient Staff asked 5 years ago The lower portion of my face lacks lots of volume and I would like a more heart-shaped face. I would like to avoid any invasive surgeries if possible but can I get results with long term fillers such as Bellafill?

Hi and thank you for your question! To achieve best results, a holistic approach to your face is recommended and it requires a close examination during a detailed consultation. Based on the picture, you might see some good results from jaw slimming with Botox. While it is hard to tell based on the picture, some filler treatment in your chin might also help. Achieving a more heart-shaped face often also requires treatment in the mid-upper face including filler in cheeks as well, but again the first place to start is most likely jaw slimming with Botox.
