I am 47 and am wondering if I have other options than a neck lift?

Hi and thank you for your question! There are several non-surgical treatment options for neck that you may consider. The horizontal lines are best treated with fillers such as Belotero. The vertical lines (platysmal bands) can be treated with Botox, Dysport or Xeomin. We can also use PDO Thread Lift to place a few absorbable threads under your neck skin and lift it. Finally, energy-base treatments such as radiofrequency (e.g. Venus Freeze) can be used to further tighten the neck skin and create a nice lift. Lastly, please don’t forget the adjacent areas such as jawline and submental area which can be treated with fillers, Botox or Kybella to achieve a better defined jawline and reduce excessive submental fat if present.
