I had Juvederm 2 days ago and the swelling has gone down a lot but now a huge lump has appeared on my top lip?
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago You can really see it from the side and I’m really worried about it. I know that you can ‘dissolve’ the filler but I want to know what to do other from that. I massage it but it doesn’t go away. It looks really bad, like an allerigic reaction or a bee sting 🙁

Lumps and swelling following filler injection are quite common and they are all expected to fully resolved within 2 weeks, so in your case you can wait for now and it the lumps last for beyond the two-week period, you should do a follow up with your physician and it can be revised or dissolved if needed. This advice is only for painless lumps with no other signs or symptoms and if you are experiencing redness, tenderness, pain or heat, then you should go back for follow up immediately.
