I’m 28 with eye bags, what could be the cause and solution?
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago This past year I’ve noticed I’m getting under eye circles.I contributed that to being a mom and a full time student. Although I sleep pretty decent-stress and minor allergies may be a factor and I do take Flonase when needed. Now the past few month I’ve been getting eye bags, I don’t know why and I can’t seem to get rid of them. I have a good skincare regimen- I exfoliate, moisturize (spf35 sunscreen) use a nightly facial serum and eye cream and it does nothing. Any cause and solution to this?

You have indicated a number of great steps to help with the health of your skin and maximizing its natural beauty, but as you have experience, dark circles can still occur despite all the effort, since a big part of it is genetic and other factors that can be out of our control. Still, making right life style choices as you do can help reducing the problem. Dark circles and bags under eyes can happen at any age, and many patients can be greatly helped by skillful injection of dermal fillers such as Belotero, Restylane or Volbella. I recommend that you consult a cosmetic doctor with experience in filler treatments under the eyes for best results. I hope it helps and good luck!
