I’m 31 and have been troubled with some deep creases under my eyes for the past several years. Any permanent options?
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago I currently have Botox and they are still quite bad, is there a better more permanent option as I don’t like looking tired all the time. Thanks

Hi and thanks for your question. A “tired look” can be resulted from many things, including the creases you mentioned, so it would be best to work with an experienced physician who can evaluate your whole face and come up with a multi-modality approach. The creases that can be seen in the picture do not appear to be candidate for filler injection. You may want to try skin tightening and skin resurfacing treatments. Of course none is a permanent solution (and I generally think when it comes to our face and look, there really is no permanent treatment). For more long-lasting solutions you might want to consult a surgeon for surgical options. I hope it helps and good luck!
