Is there a truly safe non surgical solution to avoid facelift surgery?
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago I’m not looking for dramatic, just want safe improvement. Want to avoid Facelift. Concerned about injectables and foreign substances affecting my system. I don’t use chemicals. Dilemma: need to look better. At 66 ravages of time showing. My research reveals no truly “safe” option. i researched options from exilis, ultherapy, to radio frequency to infrared and lasers and microneedling. I didn’t check derma stamping and micro current. My skin texture good. I’m hollowed out under the cheek bones, marionette creases, fine lines around lips and frown.

Hi and thank you for your question! Based on your description and the picture (although it’s a bit small and difficult to tell for sure), you appear to be a very good candidate for liquid (nonsurgical) facelift with combination of fillers and Botox. As a matter of fact, fillers are the first line treatments for issues such as hollowed cheeks and alike. When done by experienced physicians, filler injection is generally very safe although no medical treatment is 100% risk-free and there is a small risk of complications which are generally mild and easily controlled.
