Hi and thank you for your question! Both treatments you mentioned are great options but personally I am big fan of Sculptra in patients who have lost weight. Sculptra was initially approved by FDA for volume restoration in HIV/AIDS patients who often suffer from excessive volume loss in face, and when we lose weight, our face undergoes similar changes. If you are patient and can handle the multiple treatments, Sculptra could be a great option. Always ask your physician to document the progress of your treatment with taking several pictures since with Sculptra, changes appear gradually and it is easy to fail to notice then over time. Putting pictures side by side will show you the improvements. I hope it helps and good luck!
