Puffy eyes and dark circles – What can I do?
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago I have puffy eyes with dark circles, it has gotten to the point where despite having a energetic personality, friends often say I look tired. Which is not a big deal. What is a big deal is I have meetings with high level people and them asking me if I had coffee yet … It’s impacting my career What can I do?

Hi and thank you for your question! Many times puffy eyelids and dark circles under eyes do not have much to do with getting enough sleep or other life style choices and it can be genetic in nature (although it can still be exacerbated by lack of sleep, etc). In your case and based on the picture, you seem to be a good candidate for treatment of dark circles with filler injection. We use it replenish the volume in depressed areas and this can significantly help with the appearance of dark circles and puffy eyelids. Please make sure to consult a physician who is experienced in filler injections under the eyes. I hope it helps and good luck!
