I get fillers regularly, for my tear troughs but now i am questioning other areas of my face. In some lights my face looks lifted and others looks like it hangs and has shadows. Should I be getting filler in my nasalobials and chin area? Or be considering some type of facelift? I like my front profile but the side profile I don’t. I look terrible because I’ve been home with kids all week and my husband travels! Please let me know if you think I should be putting more filler in. I am 29 years old.
Hi and thank you for your question! You are not a candidate for surgical facelift. As for liquid facelift, your face generally has good volume, but there are very minor adjustments and “balancing” that can be done with filler injections at various areas. It is very important that you work with a physician highly experienced in filler treatments as your face can easily be over filled and we want to avoid that. Other suggestions include some laser treatments to help with tone and texture of the skin. It is hard to tell based on the pictures, but it seems that you have some acne scarring on your face and it can be improved with Fractional CO2 laser. I hope it helps and good luck!
