The bags aren’t necessarily there when I don’t smile, but it looks hollowed.
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago My face was never like this a couple years ago. I have allergies. However, I have a liver issue where I cannot metabolize medication through my liver. I also don’t want to take allergy pills every day nor do I want surgery as I am only 25. The crows feet is one thing and then bags are another. Is there anything I can do ? And does this look like it’s caused by diet, water intake, or allergies?

Hi and thanks for your question! The issues with lower eyelid you mentioned can be related to allergies (and even life style) and might not be easily fixed with cosmetic treatments. However you seem to have some hollowness under the eyes and that could be corrected with fillers such as Belotero or Restylane Silk. You are pretty young but I still recommend you consult an experienced cosmetic physician at least to know the options you have. Based on your pictures, you might see good results with adding a bit of volume to your temples and cheeks as well. Specially the cheek volume restoration can also lift the skin and smooth out the nasolabial folds (laugh lines). The best results are usually achieved with whole-face rejuvenation approaches rather than focusing on just one area. I hope it helps and good luck!
