Treatment options for eye bags on 29 y.o. with barely visible static wrinkles?

I am not an eyelid surgeon, so I will defer that to my colleagues here who will be able to assist you but based on your pictures, you seem to be a very good candidate for filler injection under the eyes to fix the bags and shadows under the eyes.
