What can I do to achieve a more lifted sculpted face without getting facelift?
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago My eyes, cheeks, and jowls drag downward. It makes me look tired and have a big mid/bottom face. Thank you for your suggestions. Preferably long term solutions.

Hi and thank you for your question! Generally speaking, we can use fillers or PDO threads to lift various facial features without surgery, although the most effective treatment options can only be determined based on an in-person consultation and examination. In general we can achieve a more “V-shaped” face by adding more volume to the cheeks and temples with fillers, while also making enhancements to the chin area with filler injection. Fillers can also be used to create more defined and sculpted jaw line. Finally, we can use Botox to reduce the bulk of masseter muscle and make the jaw line slimmer. As you can see, there are several non-surgical options and it would be best to consult a cosmetic doctor experienced in liquid facelift procedures to see what is best for you.
