What can I do to rejuvenate my hands?
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago Hi! I’m 39 yrs old and I having great problems with the my present look of my hands. I want it to look supple and younger looking. For years I had dermatitis and had taken cortisone prescription from my dermatologists. Now I’m way better on my allergies but the medicine made my skin like it is today. Any creams, lasers, fillers? What to do? Presently I’m residing in Rome. Please advise. I need your advice. Thanks so much

Hi and thank you for your question! While the pictures are a bit blurry, it seems that you do have some sun/brown spots on your hands, and I cannot emphasize enough on the importance of protecting hands from sun light to delay hand and skin aging. IPL or Erbium laser can help with the sun spots. More importantly, it appears that your hands have noticeable volume loss, making the blood vessels and tendons more visible. This issue can be easily corrected with injection of fillers in back of hands. I hope it helps and good luck!
