What would you recommend to tighten up my chin area? Have tried Kybella and CoolSculpting. Would SculpSure work?
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago What would you recommend to tighten up my chin area? I’ve done one round of Kybella which made it worse (dissolved the fat but didn’t tighten and left it looser) then two rounds of CoolSculpting overlapping in the middle and one final round of CoolSculpting just the middle part. The last session was 6 months ago. Should I try SculpSure or is there another treatment that you recommend?

Hi and thank you for your question! Kybella, CoolSculpting and SculpSure all target fat and they should help with reducing the excessive fat, but they might not help much with tightening the area (although some skin tightening effect is usually seen). The other treatment option you might consider that primarily tighten the skin is Ultherapy and based on the pictures, you might be a candidate.
