What would you suggest as an affordable means of getting rid of smile wrinkles around the lips?
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago My biggest concern is the increased amount of loose skin and wrinkling to sides of mouth..there with smiling or not. Would adding more volume to cheeks lift the area or is it best to use something directly to area?

Hi and thank you for your question! The exact approach varies from patient to patient and a consultation is needed. As you suggested, some patients need direct injection under the laugh lines (nasolabial folds) while others see better results with injections in the cheeks and some other see the best results with combination of both. Based on the pictures you posted (although again it is hard to tell and we prefer neutral expression pics for more accurate assessment) you might be a candidate for both injection under the fold as well as the cheeks (possibly plus some filler injection under the eyes).
