I’ve wanted my nose straightened out for years but it’s expensive. I’m not sure fillers would do enough for me considering how far it sticks out, I think it would look “better” but still too large for my face. I’m jut not sure.

While surgical rhinoplasty is the ultimate treatment for correction of nose issues, in cases like you we can make some adjustments and reshape the nose to some degrees by injecting filler to reconstruct the nose bridge and making a more linear nose profile. The tip of the nose can also be lifted to some extent. It’s less expensive than surgery with no down-time and minimal discomfort, so you can try it first and then consider surgery if you feel you need more correction. I hope it helps and good luck!
