After Juvederm my chin is bone hard? 3 weeks post op.
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago I HAVE JUVEDERM VOLUMA INJECTED MY CHIN 3 WEEKS AGO. NOW THE AREA OF INJECTION MY CHIN IS VERY HARD. IS IT USUAL ?. I AM SERVING THE COUNTRY IN AFGANISTAN . I CANT SEE MY DOCTOR.

Hi and thank you for your question and for your service! Swelling following filler injection is common, but it is not expected to last beyond 2 weeks and in your case, it appears a bit unusual. Do you have any other signs or symptoms such as redness or tenderness. If the condition persists or worsen, you need to be evaluated by a physician. If possible, try to get your treatment records from the doctor who did your injection so that the doctor who is doing the follow up has access to your treatment details.
