Can Bellafill filler help for mild acne scars?
A patient Staff asked 5 years ago I have mild acne scarring. I’ve already had two CO2 Fractional Laser treatments and 4 IPL’s. I noticed little improvement in removing my old acne scarring from these treatments. Do you think Bellafill will help improve the look of the scars. At a cost of 2,000 for 2 syringes, do you think the filler will provide enough improvement to justify this purchase? Or is the scarring two small and not deep enough to achieve improvement? thank you.

Hi and thank you for your question! Based on the pictures you seem to be a candidate for Bellafill injection for the treatment of more pronounced and deeper acne scars. The idea combination for acne scarring is Fractional CO2 laser for more widespread scarring and to improve skin texture (which you already did) and injection of fillers such as Bellafill for individual scars.
