I’m panicking! Will my lips be ok? 1 day post lip injections
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago I had nice lips to begin with, I just thought why not try fuller lips but now I’m regreting it. I had them injected today, just 1ml. First photo is right after, doctor said they were swollen. After almost 7 hours they look like the second and third pic, very swollen, uneven. I’m very worried my lips will turn out too big or uneven. I wish a doctor can take a look and tell me if it looks like a good job and will be ok? How much of the volume is actual swelling. I’m thinking of reversing them.

Hi and thank you for your question! Please don’t worry. What you see is mostly swelling and it will go away in the days that follow and should be fully resolved within 2 weeks. At that time if you have any concerns with the shape of your lips, a follow up with your physician can easy fix it. I hope it helps and good luck!
