I recently lost weight, and I’ve noticed a little bit of extra skin under my neck when I turn my head a certain way. I’ve asked the family how noticeable it is, and they said only when I turn my head at a sharp unnatural angle… but it still bothers me and I notice it. Besides a neck lift, what are my options? Preferably nonsurgical. Thanks!!
Hi and thank you for your question! We can use skin tightening treatments such as Venus Freeze which combines radiofrequency and magnetic pulsing to tighten the loose skin, but please keep in mind that these treatments work gradually and a series of treatments is needed. Additionally, we can use PDO thread lift to lift the loose skin in neck non-surgically. Finally, the vertical lines in the neck are often caused by contraction of the platysma muscle and we can relax the muscle and reduce those lines with Botox injection into the platysma muscle. I hope it helps and good luck!
