I am 22 years old and I don't like how large my eyebags are around the outter corner, is there a non invasive procedure that can make them have more shape and smaller? What do you reccomend? I've added a picture of how I'd like them to look. Thank you!

Hi and thank you for sharing your question! I treat several patients for eye bags with dermal fillers every day, but based on my experience (and relatively limited view of your under the eye area in the posted picture) I would be hesitant to do fillers. Getting to close to the eye lids can result in movement of the product and undesirable results. Again it can be due to the quality of the picture and nothing can replace an in-person examination with an experienced doctors, so I highly recommend that you do a consultation with a physician with experience in under the eyes treatments to discuss the options.
