Had Bellafill a year ago. Left lumps under eyes (injections done in tear trough) which have yet to be resolved. Tried steroid injections, kenalog, collagenase, restylane to conceal, and PRP. Nothing has resolved my eye lumps. Is there anyone out there?

Hi and thank you for your question and sorry to hear about the ordeal. Bellafill is an excellent filler at the right place, but I never recommend it for under the eyes and my fillers of choice for this area include Restylane Silk, Volbella and Belotero, injecting using micro-cannula. As it seems that you have tried most options for removal of lumps following Bellafill injection in tear troughs, at this time continuing with careful injection of steroids (alongside with hyaluronic acid filler injection to conceal) might still be your best bet, and it would advisable to document the progress objectively by taking series of picture. Other than these, your next option might be surgical removal which comes with problems of its own, and I think you should try to get as much as you can from the less-invasive treatments.
