I'm really trying to avoid buccal fat pad removal even tho it would change my life because when I don't close my jaw my face is much slimmer however when I close it my face looks super full, with the time of injecting Dysport into my masseter muscle can I see my face changing or it won't really make a difference and I should go with buccal fat pad removal? in both pics by the way, I have not had anything done to my full face

Dysport for Slimming Lower Face

Hi and thank you for your question! Your doctor should be able to tell if you are likely to see benefits from Dysport injection upon examining your face. If during the exam, it is noted that you have bulky masseter muscles that are contributing to a fuller/heavier lower face, then injecting Dysport (or Botox, Xeomin or Jeuveau) into the muscles will reduce their size and slim down your jaw. If however it is determined that the bulk is mostly due to fat pads, then Dysport injection is unlikely to help. I hope it helps and good luck!
