Hi and thank you for your question! When doing HydraFacial, we generally avoid going over eye lids (or above the rims under eyes). For patients interested in getting a bit closer and more coverage, HydraFacial offers Perk treatments for eyes. Since you mentioned the issue of eyes being often neglected (and you are indeed very correct on that), there are other treatments we can use including laser skin resurfacing or special skincare products. Also, fillers and Botox are great for treating dark circles under eyes and lines around the eyes. I hope it helps and good luck!
