Want to know the best cellulite/tightening treatment?
A patient Staff asked 9 years ago Hello, I have cellulite on my backside/back upper legs and was wondering if there’s a treatment out there that will actually help with it? I workout and eat right for the most part and it hasn’t helped. What can I do?

Hi and thank you for your question! There are quite many treatments available for cellulite, but in my opinion there really is no single “best” treatment. Most treatments offer some relief and with most, several sessions are needed. The most effective treatments are the ones that address the two underlying causes of cellulite – excessive fat and broken collagen. In my clinic, we use Venus Freeze for cellulite which combined radiofrequency with magnetic pulsing and it reduces fat while stimulating body to make new collagen and most patients see good results after a series of 6-8 treatments.
