I have had juvederm, restylane, and voluma with not really good results. Will radiesse give me better results? I was told the substance is different from the others, as far as what it is made of. If no, what about laser to treat the area? Or should I get a second opinion about surgery. The surgeon was VERY adamant about me NOT getting surgery.

Better Results with Radiesse?

Hi and thank you for your question! You did not indicate what your treatment goals are, so it is hard to tell, but based on your picture, while you generally have a nicely balanced features, you can still see good improvements with fillers. Please remember that fillers are just medications and the real difference comes from the skill and experience of your doctor. You indicated that you did not see good results from prior filler treatments, but in such cases, I always advise the patients to discuss their concerns with their physician and objectively compare their before and after pictures since many times, treatments work and result in some improvements, but the patients get used to them and the easiest way to spot the improvements is by comparison of pictures. I hope it helps and good luck!
