Hi! As you can see from the pictures, I have a very poorly defined jawline, jowls and there is no separation between my face and neck. I am 30 yo, currently overweight (70kgs/1,66m) but this has been a problem even at my thinnest (52kg). I know that the weight gain has made it worse, but is it all fat? And what procedures other than weight loss would be best to address it - fillers, kybella, bucal fat removal...? Thank you so much in advance!

Achieving More Defined Jawlinws

Hi and thank you for your question and pictures! There are several options we have that can potentially help. We can use Kybella to reduce submental excessive fat and create a more defined look. Also if in physical examination it is determined that you have bulky masseter muscles, we can create a slimmer jaw using Botox. Lastly, we can use filler injections to create a more defined jawline and more pronounced chin which all can help. I hope it helps and good luck!
