Asian woman in 50s with very fair skin: which laser would be optimal to remove age brown spots on the face & cheeks?
A patient Staff asked 7 years ago Tried IPL, TCA peels and even Obagi but they don’t seem to make a noticeable difference. The brown spots are quite stubborn. I heard PicoSure and Alexandrite are good for face dark brown spots. Thank you for your time and help!

Hi and thank you for your question! The treatments you mentioned specially pico-second lasers can be good options for pigmentation and brow spots. In my clinic I use Erbium laser skin resurfacing combined with brightening creams and most patients see good results after sessions. I hope it helps and good luck!
