I had PMMA filler in my cheeks and mouth lines 8 years ago to help improve acne scars and wrinkles. Now, I would like to get Voluma around my mouth for marionette lines which have gotten worse over the years. Would this be safe?

Getting Voluma after PMMA Fillers

 
Hi and thank you for your question! Currently in the US we use Bellafill which is a PMMA filler combined with bovine collagen. There is generally no issue using Voluma or other fillers in patients who had received Bellafill in the past. I hope it helps and good luck!
