Hi and thank you for your question and sorry to hear about your concern. Generally speaking, it is very difficult to objectively determine the amount of filler injected after the procedure. However, I do recommend that you do have an open and cordial discussion about your concern with your physician so she can address your concerns. Keep in mind that the cost of filler is just a fraction of the cost of the procedure and another part of the treatment is the expertise and skill of the physician, and it is very rare that a physician knowingly undermines his or her own work by under-injecting. As physicians, we always want our patients to be happy and see good results as that will ensure that they will come back and refer more and more patients to us, so I highly doubt that a physician in his or her right mind would be doing anything other than doing the right thing. Still, this is your right to discuss your concerns with your physician and I am sure she will be able to assure you on the procedure. I hope it helps and good luck!
