Due to overexfoliation and a squeezing the filaments from my pores every so often over the past few years, the skin around my pores decided to cave in. I also noticed that some skin around it looks raised and my nose appears a bit larger as well. I know that not much can be done for the size of the pores themselves, but can I at least get rid of the golf ball appearance of my nose and have the skin be more even/flat? What treatments are recommended for the best and most permanent results?

RF Microneedling for Enlarged Pores
Hi and thank you for your question! Yes, we can use RF-Microneedling to help with enlarged pores and to improve the skin texture. Other treatment options include Fractional CO2 laser (which tend to be a bit more effective in general) and regular microneedling (which is the least effective among the 3 options, but comes with little or no down-time).
