How to get rid of this malar pad?
A patient Staff asked 8 years ago Hello I have this malar pad since the day I was born. It looks really ugly. I look tired and like bees have bitten me. Is there any way to remove this?

I generally do not recommend fillers for treatment of festoons, but in you case (and this needs to be determined based on a detailed in person examination) you seem to have some volume loss around the pads that have made them more prominent and this could be treated with fillers such as Restylane or Belotero. Please see a physician with great experience in treatments under the eyes. I hope it helps and good luck!
