I general and depending on the specific patient conditions, we can use Botox (for vertical lines such as platysmal bands), thinner fillers such as Belotero (for horizontal lines), PDO threat lift (for non-surgical lifting of the skin), and energy-based treatments such as Venus Freeze (radiofrequency with magnetic pulsing) to tighten the skin. Other treatment options include Kybella for under the chin if there is excessive submental fat (and it can help with further tightening the skin in some patients) and filler injection in the jawline which can help with lifting the neck as well.
