I have had 3 sinus surgeries the second one was in 2014 and resulted in a post op infection that left a hole in my septum. In 2015 I had a surgery for recirculation. Since the two surgeries I have developed a saddle nose. Is it possible to fix my saddle nose surgically and if not, are there non surgical procedures that will help the appearance?

Nonsurgical Treatment for Saddle Nose
Hi and thank you for your question! Based on the pictures you appear to be a good candidate for nonsurgical nose treatment with filler injection and we can use fillers such as Voluma to sculpt and reshape the nose. I hope it helps and good luck!
