I know that I am not old enough or wrinkled enough for a facelift however I want to create an exotic look, toned facial features and flatten the appearance of my nose without changing it completely. I want the outer corners of my eyelids lifted and slanted, cheekbones made to look tighter more pronounced and the corners of my nose to fade giving the appearance of a smaller nose. I have made a before and after, what procedure can best accomplish this?

Liquid Facelift vs. Surgical Facelift
Hi and thank you for sharing your picture and question here! I wouldn’t recommend surgical facelift in your case as there is really no significant saggy or loose skin and you do have a beautiful and tight skin. On the other hand, with the proper technique and smart choice of filler injected at carefully selected parts of your face – the liquid facelift procedure – many of your goals can be achieved. Please make sure to work with an experienced physician with very good artistic eyes and great hands-on skills. I hope it helps and good luck!
