hello docs! I’m a 30 yeas old male who’s been suffering from eye bags and dark circles for almost 18 years! My question is if I should seek fillers first or get lower blepharoplasty? I already have puffy bags would fillers make them puffier? I’m only worried if I do the blepharoplasty surgery could change the shape of my eyes or leave scars or could make my eyes bigger or bulgy since they’re already big! or the opposite smaller. Should I seek Blepharoplasty or fillers in my case? Thank You!

Fillers vs. Blepharoplasty for Dark Circles below Eyes
Hi and thank you for your question! Based on your pictures, you seem to be a great candidate for filler injection for correction of bags and dark circles under the eyes and you will most likely see great improvements. Please make sure to work with a cosmetic doctor with great experience in injections under the eyes. I hope it helps and good luck!
