I understand that you are looking for more economic treatment but generally speaking, although the more effective treatments might be more costly, but you will probably save in the long-run as you will need fewer treatments and/or see better results. While an in-person consultation and examination is required, you will probably see best results with a series of Fractional CO2 laser (combined with brightening creams to allow higher laser setting and reduce the risk of pigmentation/PIH). For a lower-cost option, we usually recommend microneedling, but it seems that you have already tried that and are looking for a more effective treatment options, so CO2 laser might be your next step.
