As you can see in the image, the bump is not located under chin area but more like in the border of chin / beginning of neck. I'm wondering if not Kybella, a small liposuction could be effectively applied in such a small (1cm) area. Thanks.

Kybella for Small Bump on Chin

  Hi and thank you for your question! While Kybella is FDA approved for reduction of submental fat, it can be used off the label at other places too, but you need to keep in mind that it is only effective on fat. The key question here is whether the bump you are concerned with is actually made of fat - in which case Kybella might help - or it has another cause. Hence I recommend a close evaluation and work up to determine the nature of the bump first and then deciding on the treatment approach based on that. I hope it helps and good luck!
