I have the same problem that is shown in upper portion of this picture,know the bottom picture the the Botox correction of her asymmetry. My question, is there a surgical, perminate way fixing something like this

Permanent Fix for Lip Asymmetry
Hi and thank you for sharing your question! It would be best to see pictures of your own lips to be able to give a more precise answer, but in general, while no face is 100% symmetrical, most lip asymmetries are best corrected with hyaluronic acid filler injections. The treatment is quick with instant results and can always with revised or adjusted later for best results. This is a great advantage over surgical treatments and implants.
