Hi and thank you for your question! PRP can be injected in many areas of the face, but it is usually injected more superficially and as far as I know, there hasn’t been any reports of blindness due to PRP (although there have been reports of other serious complications, mostly due to injections performed by unqualified people). If you are concerned about it, one option is to do PRP with microneedling instead of having it injected. There are rare cases of blindness reported following inadvertent injection of fillers into blood vessels but they are very rare and working with experienced injectors will further reduce the risk. I hope it helps and good luck!
